Loaded whiskey sour

Original recipe

  • 1 oz Rye whiskey (Rittenhouse)
  • 1/2 oz Smith & Cross navy strength Jamaican rum
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Cherry liqueur (Cherry Heering)
  • 1/2 oz Crème de banane (Giffard Banane du Brésil)
  • 1/4 oz Rabarbaro (Cappelletti Sfumato)
  • 1 twst lemon peel (as garnish)
  • 1 cherry (as garnish)
  1. Measure ingredients into shaker tin, stacking the two liqueurs to 1 oz.
  2. Shake with ice, then strain over ice into old fashioned glass.
  3. Express oils from lemon peel; garnish with lemon and cherry.
